Cloud providers and GitHub
Connect the cloud providers and GitHub accounts Serversinc acts through.
Connect cloud providers
Section titled “Connect cloud providers”- Switch to the organisation that should own the connection.
- Open Settings → Providers.
- Add the provider type and credential.
- Save it, then confirm that provisioning can load regions and sizes.
Provider keys let Serversinc provision new servers for the organisation.
Keys are masked after you save them and can’t be retrieved. Removing a provider key doesn’t remove servers created with it, but provider actions on those servers may fail.
Backup storage is configured separately under Storage providers.
Connect GitHub
Section titled “Connect GitHub”- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Start the GitHub App installation.
- In GitHub, choose the account and grant access to every repository or only selected repositories.
- Return to Serversinc and confirm the installation is connected.
- Create a GitHub application and check that the repository and branches load.
Organisation members use the shared installation when creating GitHub applications. If GitHub suspends the installation or it is disconnected, existing containers keep running, but new repository builds cannot start until access is restored.
When a repository is missing, check the installation’s repository selection in GitHub before reconnecting the entire integration.
